  • The kids Course is designed for ages 6-10, but many older children still enjoy and benefit from it. There’s also a seperate Teen Course included for ages 11+ and a Parent Course to guide you through the whole process.

  • Not right away. DryTime gives you a full plan before introducing the alarm, so your child is ready. When it’s time, the alarm becomes your ally - not a scary surprise.

  • Yes. Deep sleeping is one of the most common challenges, and the course includes specific strategies to help the brain start recognizing bladder signals - even in very deep sleep.

  • Every child is different, but many families notice changes within the first week or two. This is a gently, full-body approach - meant to support long-term change, not a quick fix. Stick with it, and progress will come.

  • Not at all. Each module is short and easy to follow. You can go at your own pace, rewatch lessons, or pause whenever you need to. The plan works best when it feels calm and doable - not rushed.

  • You can always book a private coaching call if you’d like personalized support. The course gives you all the tools you need - but extra help is here if you need it.
