With Google Search and facebook mom group pages right at our fingertips, it’s hard to know what bedwetting information to trust. There is so much information out there, that it can often feel overwhelming trying to decipher between fact or fiction.

That’s where I come in.

I’m a bedwetting coach for parents like you who are exhausted, not sure where to start, but who are excited to reach their goals.

The Time to Get Dry coaching program is personalized, educational, thorough, and safe. I care deeply about each of my clients and want them to know that their journey to getting dry is important to me. I want you to feel supported the whole time.

Our program is personalized to your child’s needs, starting with a free 20-minute chat before you book and a 75-minute Zoom session once you join. With ongoing coaching support and weekly follow-ups, we adapt as your child progresses.

I’m both a teacher for your child and a cheerleader for you as a parent. Over six to eight weeks, success comes with patience, persistence, and love—and often some late nights where you’ll be helping your child wake up twice a night. But it’s completely worth it to see their confidence and self-esteem grow as they take control of their dry nights.

What’s Included in the Time to Get Dry Program?

  • A questionnaire that outlines everything I need to know about your child, family and situation. Through this I’ll gather an overall picture of what’s happening so that I can better tailor the program to work seamlessly with your family.

  • Get instant access to the full DryTime video course bundle - including the Kids Course, Teen Course, and Parent Course. These engaging, self-paced lessons walk your family through every step of the DryTime method with animations, visuals, and printable tools. Watch anytime, rewatch as needed, , and use it as your ongoing guide between coaching check-ins.

  • This private Zoom session is all about your family. We’ll review your child’s unique history, patterns, and challenges, then map out a clear, customized action plan using the DryTime method. It’s your chance to ask questions, get clarity, and start strong with plan that fits your child perfectly.

  • I ask that families log each night’s sleep by recording dry and wet nights (charts provided) so that we can both track improvements. This will show if there are any patterns developing or if there need to be any changes or alterations to the daily schedule.

    Daily diaries are also provided for those whom they may be useful: food diary, activity diary, daily checklists, and a well-being check-in for parents.

  • You’ll get access to helpful printables like bladder and bowel tracking charts, progress certificates, motivational visuals, and more - designed to keep your child engaged and on track between check-ins.

  • Stay connected throughout the program with direct messaging access for quick questions and encouragement. Every week, we’ll review progress, adjust strategies, and celebrate wins during a personalized check-in - so you never feel stuck or alone in the process.

  • Your downloadable eBook includes the full DryTime method in a clear, written format. It’s perfect for parents who like to review key steps in writing, highlight strategies, or read alongside the video lessons.
