Hi, I’m Rachel.
My Expertise & Approach
I received my Potty Training Certification through Oh Crap! Potty Training and completed my Bedwetting Training under Peter Grise, one of North America’s top bedwetting coaches. His 4-step approach has been developed in collaboration with pediatricians and enuresis specialists, and I use these same proven strategies to help families succeed.
Before becoming a coach, I spent over a decade in the wellness industry, studying how the body functions and how nutrition affects key systems. I bring this knowledge into my coaching to provide a holistic, personalized approach for each child. Every family I work with receives the same compassionate, thorough care that I would want for my own children.
When I'm not coaching you can find me outside exploring nature trails, picking veggies in the greenhouse, or curled up reading books to my kids.
Let’s Get Started!
If you’re ready to help your child wake up dry and confident, I’d love to share the Time to Get Dry Program with you. Let’s make dry nights a reality—together!
I’m a Certified Potty Trainer, Bedwetting Coach, and mother of two. As a mom, I know how deeply parents want to help their kids overcome challenges like bedwetting—and how frustrating it can be when solutions feel out of reach.
Throughout my journey as a mother, I’ve met countless parents whose older children still struggle with frequent bedwetting. They’ve tried everything—googling solutions, following conflicting advice, and experimenting with different methods—yet nothing seems to work. When they turn to doctors, they’re often told, “There’s a drug for that” or “They’ll grow out of it”—leaving them feeling helpless and frustrated.
I created the Time to Get Dry Program to give these families a clear, effective plan—one that provides the right tools, real solutions, and lasting dry nights. I believe that:
✔ Parents deserve the truth about what really works.
✔ Kids deserve to feel confident, in control, and free from bedwetting stress.
✔ Every child can become dry with the right approach and a little direction.
